Practical examples

How we work in practice

Every account is different. These four examples show how we think and work, from a fresh start to adjusting an existing account.

Example 1

From zero to a funnel that can grow

Situation: A company without a Google Ads account and without landing pages that matched what people were searching for.

Approach: We didn't just build the account. We made sure keywords, ads and landing pages lined up exactly, and included things like opening hours, pricing information and enquiry follow-up. That way visitors found the answer to their search query right on the page.

Why it works: When search intent and page match, more traffic converts. Only then can you scale responsibly.

Example 2

Steering on profit, not revenue

Situation: A webshop with an account that mainly optimised for revenue, while margins differed strongly per product.

Approach: We mapped which products and conversions actually generated profit and aligned ads with what was happening in the market, such as price developments and seasonal demand.

Why it works: Google optimises for what you measure. If you measure what is valuable, your budget goes to what delivers.

Example 3

More visitors to a physical location

Situation: A business with a shop or branch that mainly advertised online, while customers bought on site.

Approach: We used Google Maps and local campaigns, with a well-set-up business profile and ads aimed at people nearby.

Why it works: Someone searching for a nearby shop often wants to visit today. On Maps you're visible at exactly that moment.

Example 4

More conversions without overpaying per click

Situation: An account where standard bidding strategies drove up click prices without more conversions coming in.

Approach: We used a portfolio bidding strategy with limits per campaign, so Google kept optimising for conversions but couldn't bid without limits.

Why it works: You keep the intelligence of automated bidding, with control over what a click may cost.
